The Influence of Behavioral Biases on Investment Decisions; Moderating Role of Emotional Stability

This study examines how six behavioral biases (availability bias, self-control overconfidence prejudice an illusion of control, and representative prejudice) affect investing decisions moderated by emotional Stability. The employs a theoretical model based on finance theories hypothetic-deductive methodology. Demographic information 237 active traders the stock exchange has been examined through quantitative research utilizing SmartPLS 4. findings construct validity as all items have loading value >0.60. proposed was tested in using two-step process. First, reflective measurement models were used to test model, Partial Least Squares (PLS) employed analyze data. structural relationships between variables then equation modeling (SEM). revealed that explained 37.53% overall variance, indicating no significant issues with friction from usual technique. study's suggest considerably influence investment choices Stability moderates this relationship.
